In view of the bar laid down by Section 376(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not applicable to the case, as regular appeal before the Court of Sessions is maintainable, the revision is disposed of by giving liberty to file regular appeal before the Court of Sessions without regard to the period of limitation by virtue of this order, if filed within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Registry is directed to return the original papers on proper acknowledgement. 4.
