As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.06.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for orders". Even today also, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on its behalf.

However, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
