Petitioners' grievance is that they had given a legal notice dt.26.12.2017 to the respondents regarding irregularities in implementation of the career advancement Scheme to employees working under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, which is affecting their interest and that the respondents are not disposing of the same.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents state that the respondents will respond to the petitioners' legal notice dt.26.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to respond to the petitioners' legal notice dt.26.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this roder and communicate their decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
