O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 18.03.2016 before the 3rd respondent in the prescribed Form-VI (A) as envisaged under Rule 18 and Section 4 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.62 cents in Sy.No.330/1 and Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.353 situated at Nuzendlapalli Revenue Village, Mundlamuru Mandal, Prakasham District. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioner on 18.03.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 18.03.2016 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
