Additional Director General Of Police Home Guards, v. Kalangi Chalamaiah,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 18173 of 2015 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) This is a writ petition filed by the State, challenging an order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, granting the relief of reinstatement to the 1st respondent herein. The writ petition was admitted and an interim suspension of the order of the Tribunal granted.
Now, Mr. P.V. Ramana, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, has submitted a letter seeking the withdrawal of the original application filed by the 1st respondent before the Tribunal itself. The effect of such withdrawal would be that the order of the Tribunal will be set at naught. Knowing the consequences of this, the applicant before the Tribunal has sought to withdraw the original application. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, setting aside the order of the Tribunal, on the sole ground that the original application is withdrawn by the 1st respondent herein and he will be free to work out his remedies in any other manner.
VRS,J & GSP,J WP No. 18173 of 2015 Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J _____________________ G. SHYAM PRASAD, J 16th November, 2016 cbs
