Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In spite of granting time on 24.01.2018, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions in the present matter. In view of the said averments, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the lands in occupation, if they are in possession of the same as on today. There shall be no order as to costs.
