This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of FIR No.25 of 2017, dated 12.03.2017, by the second respondent. This Court carefully perused the complaint lodged by the complainant, and after going through the contents of the complaint, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the registration of crime by the second respondent. However, it is needless to observe that the second respondent shall follow due process of law while investigating the case. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
