Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

Counter-affidavit deposed by the Inspector of Police, Mills Colony Police Station is filed stating that after conducting preliminary enquiry into the matter, police have registered Crime No.45 of 2018 on the file of Mills Colony Police Station under Sections 447, 324 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. on 09.02.2018 and taken up the investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
