HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14633 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 235 of 2013 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427 & 434 IPC and Sections 4 & 5 of A.P.Land Grabbing Act (FIR No. 515 of 2012 of Miyapur Police Station). 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 02.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 02.12.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 235 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
