OFFICE NOTE 15.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 In Crl.Rc.Nos.112 and 418 of 2024 These Interlocutory Applications are filed by the petitioner to grant extension of time of two (02) months for payment of balance arrear amount or Rs.3,50,000/- as order by this Court in Crl.Rc.Nos.112 and 418 of 2024 dated 21.08.2025. Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner for payment of balance arrear amount vide order dated 21.08.2025, is further extended till 17.04.2026.

In view thereof, these Interlocutory Applications are allowed.
