When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the orders dated 24.09.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.27179 of 2011 have been complied with.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
