THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1774 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 29.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nagarampalem Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. According to the said instructions, final report was filed before the learned Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur on 18.01.2018 treating the case as "FALSE".

The said instructions are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available to her under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
