The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition filed therein, and the order of the High Court dated 10-02-2020 made in Crl.P. No. 740 of 2020, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Malleswara Rao, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER:
