This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A1 to A13, in Crime No.63 of 2013 on the file of Burgampad Police Station, Khammam District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 452, 143, 427 and 506 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent as well as the counsel for the 2nd respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioners can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. However, the plea of the petitioner's counsel to dispense with the presence of the petitioner can be considered and the Court below is directed not to insist upon the presence of the petitioner unless it is necessary for the proceedings of the case. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
