THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.22178 OF 2001 ORDER:

On previous occasions i.e., on 22.11.2017, 30.11.2017, 19.12.2017, and 20.12.2017, when this matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 21.12.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of "for dismissal". Today also, in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
