HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 1639 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 14.02.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A., there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of DCTO in view of the fact that his appeal has been allowed by orders dated 18.01.2014 of the 3rd respondent restoring his direct recruitment seniority as per APPSC merit in the cadre of ACTO before considering the case of other Juniors."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner and stated that the case of the petitioner might have been considered in terms of interim order dated 14.02.2014, however further submits that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open

to the petitioner to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved. 4.
