THE HONBLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN SECOND APPEAL NO.563 OF 2OO1 JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 13.06.200 1 in A.S.No.03 of 2000 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Sathupalli. No representation from appellant's side. Learned Counsel for the respondent on the last date of hearing reported that tcnant already vacated 20 years back, and the learned counsel for the appellant sought time for verification, but till date he has not reported about the instructions. In the light of the said circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
