HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11310 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6.
During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.67 of 2014 on the file of the Police Station, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, investigation was completed and final report was filed on 15.04.2015 referring it as 'lack of evidence.' If that be so, if the petitioner has got any objections, he can raise before the concerned Magistrate by way of protest application.
Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
