The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 09.03.2021 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Murali Manohar Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court .vide order dated O9,O3,2O21 in Crl.P.No.8O4.ol 2021, directing the petitioner/ unnamed accused to appear before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station on every Saturday between 1O.OO AM and 2.OO PM., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the said Station House Officer . on 4th Saturday of every month instead of every Saturday. The other conditions shall remaix Accordingly, I.A., is ordered.
