BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT APPEAL No.474 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the interim order of learned Single Judge of this Court, dated 23.01.2015, in W.P.M.P.No.1127 of 2015 in W.P.No.913 of 2015, whereby the learned Judge dismissed the petition on the ground that after lapse of ten (10) months the appellant cannot be reinstated into service, with an observation that if the appellant succeeds in the Writ Petition, he can be ordered to be reengaged. If the proceedings in R.C.No.APRDC/Admn/2/495/2003, dated 05.03.2014, issued by the 3rd respondent is set aside, it is nothing but virtually allowing the Writ Petition, which cannot be granted. Therefore, the impugned order needs no interference by this Court.
