This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 07.01.2016, in E.A. No.92 of 2015 in E.P. No.32 of 2015 in Arb.O.P. No.1123 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the hearing, learned counsel, representing Mr. Sharad Sanghi, requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of this Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.1787 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for the interim relief, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
