HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31258 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... issue a writ, order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in not taking any action, examining witnesses, seizing documents, as prescribed under Criminal Procedure Code is illegal, arbitrary, malafide, capricious to the powers conferred on the respondents and against the spirit of criminal justice system in the interest of justice."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.443 of 2014, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed on 11.08.2015. After taking cognizance of the offence, the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.677 of 2015. However, when the matter is pending trial before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem, the parties have compromised on 13.11.2019.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 23.12.2019.
