Heard both sides.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2021 in Cr!.P.No.8OO ol 2O2L, directing the petitioner/unnamed accused to appear before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station on every Saturday between 1O,OO AM and 2,OO PM., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the said Stat:on House Officer on 4th Saturday of every month instead of every Saturday. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingty, I.A., is ordered.
