The land of an extent of Ac.1-00, situated in Survey No.426/1 of Chinna Chowk, Kadapa Mandal, Kadapa District, belonged to the Government and the same was assigned to one S. Imam Bakshu, vide Patta D.No.425-41, dated 14.07.1951. The said original assignee alienated the said land to one Smt. K. Rajeswari on 06.06.1981. Later on, Smt. K. Rajeswari sold the said land to one Smt. R. Saraswathi and R. Siva Kumar under a registered sale deed dated 02.12.1985, who in turn sold the same to one N.C. Gangi Reddy, the husband of the petitioner, under a registered sale deed dated 30.04.1986. After the death of her husband, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said land. When she entered into a sale deed with one K. Rajasekhar Reddy on 19.06.

2014 and presented the same for registration, the fourth respondent refused to register the same on the ground that the land was included in the list of prohibited properties. Then, she filed W.P.No.17303 of 2014 and this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the revenue authorities and, accordingly, she made a representation on 20.05.2016 requesting the revenue authorities to delete her land from the list of prohibited properties, but no orders were passed thereon. When she again presented the above sale deed for registration on 09.01.2018, the fourth respondent refused to register the same. Hence, she made another representation dated 09.01.2018 requesting the second respondent to delete her land from the list of prohibited properties.

the petitioner dated 20.05.2016 and 09.01.2018, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the applications of the petitioner are pending consideration before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
