There was no representation for the petitioners on 03.10.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners today also.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 09.11.2011 in CRLP MP No.12297 of 2011 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
