HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.385 of 2018 ORDER: (oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.12.2017 passed in I.A No.386 of 2017 in FCOP (GWOP) No.73 of 2016 on the file of Family Court-cumXII Additional District Judge, Guntur.

2. On a perusal of the aforesaid order, I find no ground to interfere with the said order passed by the Family Court.

3. Finding no merit in the instant petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
