THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4936 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner seeks for cancellation of bail granted to the accused in Crl.M.P.No.2074 of 2017 in Cr.No.980 of 2017 on 5-6-2017 by the V Additional District Judge-Cum-AMSJ, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. It is seen that the petitioner/defacto complainant approached this court straight away without filing any petition of this nature before the court which granted the bail.

While dismissing the petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner/defacto complainant to approach the aforesaid court for the relief, in which case, the said court shall dispose of the said petition on merits expeditiously.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
