When this matter was called on 19.01.2015 in view of absence of representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court adjourned the matter to 27.01.2015. On 27.01.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such this Court directed the Writ Petition to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
