THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.14226 OF 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) S ri V.Gopalakrishna Gokhaley, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that since the auction held, pursuant to the notice impugned in this writ petition, did not result in sale of the subject property, as no buyer had come forward even to pay upset price, the cause in the writ petition does survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
