THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2158 OF 2020 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in not investigating into the FIR No.203 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
Heard Sri P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 03.02.2020, submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 23.02.2018 with the respondent No.4 Station House Officer, a case was registered as Crime No.203 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018 and investigation has been taken up by the Sub-Inspector of Police. During the course of investigation, three witnesses were examined and their detailed statements were recorded and notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the respondent No.5, who is A-1 in the above crime registered on 08.10.2019.
It is further stated by the said written instructions that the investigation conducted so far revealed that the accused committed offence and is liable to be punished. It is also stated that the investigating officer would complete the investigation and upon finalising the same appropriate report will be filed before the competent Court as expeditiously as possible.

Subject to the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
