By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a writ of Quo Warranto declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in selecting and appointing respondent No.5 as Professor in Mass Communication in Telangana University, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the respondent - university submits that respondent No.5 is not working with them as of today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent - university.

This Writ Petition was filed in 2009. No interim order at any point of time was passed by this Court.

Keeping that in view and considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent - university, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
