Petitioner contends that his representations dt.19.07.2016 and 03.06.2016 submitted to respondents 2 and 4, respectively, are not being disposed of by them. 2.

The Government Pleader for Excise appearing for respondents states that the respondents 2 and 4 will consider the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
