This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 11-01-2011 in C.C.No.393 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Kodad.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 08-07-2016. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
