This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking bail to petitioner/A.8 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.93 of 2020 of Chiragpally Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148 and 447 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1)(A) and 27 of Indian Arms Act, 1959.

Heard Mr.K.E Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

This Court, by order dated 10.12.2021, dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, vide Crl.P.No.8591 of 2021, where in, it is specifically stated that this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, as he is involved in similar offences, and on that learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner will surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court and move an appropriate application seeking bail. As such this Court directed the petitioner to surrender and move an appropriate application for bail and on such filing of application, the Court concerned shall consider the same, in accordance with law. 4.

Now, the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking pre-arrest bail stating several reasons and submitted that A.1 is involved in other crimes, but not against this petitioner. This Court is not able to appreciate the contention. Hence, as per the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and move an appropriate application seeking bail.
