THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL NO.720 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri T.Rajanikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that since the very period of suspension is one year which expired long ago, the cause in the Writ Appeal does not survive and the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
