Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel, in C.C.No.454 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
