Buchi Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue any other alternate remedy available under law.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at the admission stage. However, it is open to the petitioners to pursue any other alternate remedy available under law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.

3. Registry is directed to return the original material papers by substituting the same with Xerox copies, certified by the counsel on record as true copies.
