When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had informed the Court that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 13.08.2014, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and the respondents would not charge tariff at three times, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

In view of the above submissions of the Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed with an observation that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 13.08.2014.
