This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.02.01.2013 in I.A.No. 1 of 2013 in O.S.No.262 of 2010 passed by VI Additional District Judge (FTC), Guntur, whereby the Court dismissed the petition filed under Order 18 Rule 17 CPC to recall Pw.1 for the purpose of cross examination. During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 10.03.2014 by VI Additional District Judge, Guntur, as no stay was granted by this Court. Since the purpose as sought for by the petitioners is already served, there is no need to pass further orders in this Revision. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
