THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.1838 of 2018 ORDER:

Registration of the Temple and appurtenant agricultural land in Sy.No.543 to an extent of Ac.00.22 gts. and Sy.No.544 to an extent of Ac.5-22 gts. is assailed in the present writ petition and the consequential prayer to delete the said lands from the Endowments Record by incorporating the name of the writ petitioner.

As per the provisions of Section 45 read with Section 87 of the Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the petitioner has an effective already remedy. In view of the same, the relief as prayed for in this writ petition cannot be granted. However, it is open to the petitioner herein to avail the statutory remedy available under the Statute. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
