Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused would submit that a direction may be given to the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.579 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Criminal Court, Hyderabad, as expeditiously, as possible.

It appears from the record that the subject C.C. relates to the year 2016.

Under these circumstances, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.579 of 2016 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
