Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents no.2 and 3 in issuing the 'SHORTFALL INTIMATION LETTER' File No. 3006/22116/W39/2019, dated 29.01.2020 and not granting permission to building application dated 11.12.2019 referring alleged proposed draft Master Plan with 150 feet wide road as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, ultra vires and violative of Articles 14, 19, (1) (g) and 300-A and against principles natural justice, consequently direct the respondents to grant Building Permission without reference to alleged Proposed Draft Master Plan by setting aside the 'SHORTFALL INTIMATION LETTER'

3006/22116/W39/2019, dated 29.01.2020 as referred by the respondents and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10465 of 2014 dated 11.04.2014 as well as the order dated 28.01.2020 passed in W.P.No.1408 of 2020.
