O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in insisting for No Objection certificate/ T.S.L.R. from revenue authorities, for processing the application of the petitioner for issuance of construction permission in respect of the property in question, the present writ petition has been field.
The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - municipality submitted that this court in similar facts and circumstances in W.P.No.13008 of 2016 dated 19.4.2016 directed the Corporation to receive and process the application of the petitioner for construction permission without insisting on production of TSLR Certificate and No Objection certificate from the revenue authorities. This court further directed that Corporation shall ensure that the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, the Rules and the Building ByeLaws made thereunder are adhered to while considering the petitioner's application therein for grant of building permission. In view of the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, in terms of the order of this court dated 19.4.2016 in W.P.No.13008 of 2016. No costs.
