THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8918 and 8919 of 2017 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.8234 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 in Cr.No.605 of 2015 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 r/ w 511 and 506(ii) IPC and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition, First Information Report and police final report.

The defacto-complainant/ 2nd respondent herein and accused Nos.1 and 2 are present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8918 and 8919 of 2017 sought permission to compound the offences and prayed to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted to compound the offence. In the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8918 and 8919 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.42 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District, against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2. The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
