Petitioners' grievance is that they had filed representations dt.02.09.2014 and 21.09.2015 before the 3rd respondent seeking implementation of the order dt.28.06.2001 in Case No.B/4235/91 of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Hayathnagar Mandal and that the said representations are not disposed by the 3rd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider and pass orders on the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations dt.02.09.2014 and 21.09.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
