THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2884 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 120 of 2013 on the file of Khanapur Haveli Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 24.05.2013 before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Khammam and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 338 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for examination of accused on 23.06.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
