THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.354 of 2014

ORDER :

In W.P.M.P.No.41266 of 2013 in W.P.No.33176 of 2013, this Court granted interim direction to receive, register and release the sale deeds pertaining to the properties situated in Survey Nos.88 and 89 of Mailardevulapally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, without insisting on payment of Stamp Duty and registration charges as per the property values revised in pursuance to G.O.Ms.No.157 dated 30.03.2013.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced a letter of the SubRegistrar, SRO, Rajendranagar, dated 22.03.2014 which discloses that the documents were assigned regular document numbers and was released.

3. Since the order of this Court is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
