JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 13.08.2009, in O.S.No.67 of 2007 on the file of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Fast Tract Court, Gudivada.

Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter, dated 25.03.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that he had instructions to withdraw the appeal suit as the matter was settled out of Court. At the hearing, Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the appellant, reiterated the aforesaid request.

Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court.
