Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit was disposed of on 30.11.2016 by the Senior Civil Judge, Kavali and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
