and illegal and contrary to law, without jurisdiction and violation of principles of natural justice and also violation of Article-14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia, since the land of the petitioners was not utilized for road widening purpose by the Respondents, consequently delete the land in Survey No. 131/1/4 of dry land consisting of 3237.47Sq. Maters situated at Madha Yadavally Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District, in the interest of justice l.A. NO: 1 OF 2013(wPMP. \ \ This Writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:- "to declare the action of the Respondents 1 to 3 in including the petitioners Plots in Survey No.131 situated at Madha Yadavally Village, Narketpaily Mandal, vide Paper Notification Dated 27.03.2012 published on 14.07.2072 in Andhra Jyothi News paper, proposing to acquire an extent of 3237.47 Sq.Meters (Ac.0.32 Gts) in Survey No.131/1/4 of dry land situated at Madha Yadavally Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District, is arbitrary, bad and illegal and contrary to law without jurisdiction and violation of principles of natural justice and also violation of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, since the land of the petitioners was not utilized for road widening purpose by the Respondents, consequently delete the land in Survey No.131/1/4 of dry land consisting ot 32j7.47 Sq Maters situated at Madha Yadavally Viilage, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District."

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent authorities had completed laying of the road and the petitioners' land were not affected and submits that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and pray this Court to close the writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed.
